Voted? OK. On to April…
The April challenge theme is faux. The idea is to make polymer clay imitate another medium. So, you can use polymer clay to create faux wood, stones, gems, metal, fabric, etc. Let’s discover together what a versatile material polymer clay is!

Thanks for visiting the PCAGOE challenge! This month’s theme is polymer clay cane work. Here’s a definition from the Polymer Clay Spot:
“A cane is a log or cylinder of clay that has a design running through it, so each slice of the cane - the cross-section - contains the design. You can make a large design that’s easy to handle, and then reduce the size of the cane by pressing or rolling it so the cane becomes longer and thinner and the design becomes tiny and delicate.”

This month, three lucky voters will win prizes through random drawings. The prizes are all handmade polymer clay items made by PCAGOE members.
Second prize is this beautiful, one-of-a-kind necklace by OrganicOdysseys.
This prize is two lengths of cane by BreathtakingBeadzz. If you win this one, you’ll be able to try some polymer clay cane work art for yourself!
