Who Inspires You?

I am inspired every time I let myself browse the internet. I check a number of blogs on a regular basis. They include Polymer Clay Daily, Polymer Clay Notes, Polymer Clay Craft Gossip, and Kim Cavender . The ladies who write these blogs are inspiration for me and I am grateful for the research they share with me.  Some things I find there are useable for me and others are not. They all are interesting.

What inspires you?

Inspiration comes randomly to me. Can be color, shape, a flower, an animal, a pattern. I can never tell until I stumble on it.

Where do you create?

MY creative thoughts are forever popping in and out of my day . I physically create in my kitchen where I have the pasta machine clamped to my countertop. Someday I hope to have my own craft room but for now my kitchen is very comfortable.

How long have you been working with polymer clay?

I’ve been working with clay for about 4-5 years. It started when I was  coordinating crafts for my church’s bible school program. I had a friend whose daughter is active in the Relay for Life program and I stumbled onto the Bottles of Hope website.  It seemed like it was meant to be. I still have a polymer clay project each year. I’m still thinking about this year’s - Any ideas? The theme is science.
